Dr Zohra Mohamed Omar is a researcher in international relations, specializing in the Horn of Africa region and particularly Djibouti. She earned her Ph.D. summa cum laude from the Centre d’Études Diplomatiques et Stratégiques in Paris and works at the Institut d’Études Politiques et Stratégiques in the Center for Studies and Research, under the Ministry of Higher Education and Research of the Republic of Djibouti.
