We explore possible futures for the region — scenario by scenario — to inform decisions before crises harden, rather than only explaining the past.

Every human and social science discipline is brought to bear, with scholars drawn from across the eight nations and the diaspora.

Findings are carried to policy-makers, civil society, business, media and youth — building a culture of dialogue across the Horn.
