Dr Moses Khisa is an Associate Professor of Political Science and Africana Studies at North Carolina State University, USA, and the current Chairperson of the GHHF. His research and teaching span comparative politics and the political economy of development, the politics of institutional change, and civil–military relations in Africa. He is a weekly columnist for the Daily Monitor in Kampala and a research fellow in the Department of Political Science at Stellenbosch University, South Africa.
