Dr Sabastiano Rwengabo is a Research Fellow with the Centre for Basic Research (CBR) in Kampala, Uganda — a political scientist specializing in political economy, security studies and African international relations. A graduate of Makerere University, he earned his PhD from the National University of Singapore.
